A beautiful glistening female yoga instructor is outside teaching a class when an earthquake shakes the ground she is stretching on. It is a hot sunny day and very humid, around 95 degrees Fahrenheit and the female instructor shows her group how to stretch and move. Breathing consistently and deeply her chest moves back and forth and her glutes slowly shift back and forth with her breath.
