Create a numbered storyboard consisting of EXACTLY SIXTEEN small landscape photographs in a perfectly regular FOUR-BY-FOUR grid. A technical contact sheet, NOT a magazine layout. Draw THREE complete horizontal white rules across the ENTIRE image at 25%, 50%, 75% height, and THREE complete vertical white rules at 25%, 50%, 75% width. No interrupted dividers. Each of all 16 cells has the same width and height. No image can span multiple rows or columns. Especially the BOTTOM RIGHT image must occupy ONLY ONE cell. Put a small clear frame number in each cell, numbered 1 through 16, reading across each row.
