One continuous bright home-kitchen shot. The same adult woman cooks the vegetables in the frying pan and smoothly transfers the colorful cooked vegetables into the empty foreground ceramic plate, filling it by the end. Preserve her white sweater, hair, kitchen cabinets, stove, pan, plate and camera perspective. Begin with an empty plate and end exactly like the supplied plated-food last frame. Natural hand motion and steam, no jump cuts, extra people, text or logos.
